UPSL Endorses Kendall Reyes for United Soccer Coaches Vice President

January 8, 2019 - Los Angeles - The United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) is proud to endorse a candidate for Vice President of United Soccer Coaches.

Kendall Reyes, owner of Sparta 20/20 FC, has the complete support to the league in his run for the office of Vice President of United Soccer Coaches.

United Premier Soccer League President Leonel Lopez said, "The UPSL is supporting Mr. Kendall Reyes for Vice President of United Soccer Coaches. When we think about the next four years and the candidates, who are all talented, smart people, the choice to support Mr. Reyes became clear. He has a strong vision for the organization, and he's committed to the UPSL being a big part of that."

Reyes is currently owner of Sparta 20/20 FC, a member of the UPSL's Pro Premier Division Southeast Conference Mid-Atlantic Division.

With more than 20 years of coaching experience – 17 at the collegiate level – Reyes currently holds several NSCAA (now United Soccer Coaches) credentials (Director of Coaching, Premier & Goalkeeping II) a CONCACAF Special Topic Diploma, and the ICA Bronze Coaching Certificate.

United Premier Soccer League

The UPSL was formed in 2011 and currently includes more than 300 teams in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin. UPSL is the fastest growing Pro Development League in the USA, with 400-plus teams targeted for 2019 Fall Season. Each UPSL team is individually owned and operated, and is responsible for maintaining either UPSL Pro Premier Division or Championship Division minimum standards.

UPSL teams are all eligible to participate in the U.S. Open Cup Qualifying Rounds through the leagues affiliation with the U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) and the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA).
